An afternoon at Berlin KlassikSep 15th, 2016
One of the best European car shows of the summer, Berlin Klassik, took place at the Guelph Lake Conservation Area last weekend on Sept. 10th and 11th. Drawing spectators and Euro car enthusiasts from all around Ontario, Berlin Klassik is definitely one of the must-see events of the summer. A few Pfaff employees and fellow car enthusiasts made the drive up to Guelph to enjoy the show – and we weren’t disappointed! We had quite the convoy on the drive there, which included a VW Corrado, bagged Audi S4, and Porsche 993 Carrera.
Berlin Klassik features VW, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Volvo models from new to old, and we had a great time wandering around the park and checking out all of the cool rides. This show has been growing in size for a few years now, and it is easy to see why. Fresh food was available (we recommend the barbecued chicken!) from a few vendors, dyno testing, show & shine, and on-the-spot tuning from some vendors were just a few of the attractions.
Luckily, the weather cooperated and it was a perfect day for a drive at a sunny but cool 22 degrees. Probably the most enjoyable part of the day for our Pfaff crew was seeing all the vintage euro cars out on the roads before and after the show.
